Microsoft Office Standard is Microsoft's software program and belongs to the Microsoft Office series. It includes various well-known tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. The software is also available as a web version. Microsoft Office Standard is often used by small businesses. Microsoft Office Standard is known around the world because it is a very functional package. Word is a tool for formatting and creating documents and is the most widely used application worldwide. PowerPoint enables the clear display of data by using images, text, animations, and slideshows. Another application is Outlook, which is a well-known program for sending and receiving emails.

The differences between Office 2019 and 2021:

In Office 2021, you can now work on the same document with multiple people at once. This was not possible before, hence why this is a very big improvement. This can save you a lot of time. Next to that, Microsoft Teams has now been integrated into Microsoft Office, but only Professional Plus, not in Standard. Many people use it, especially since COVID, and therefore Microsoft has decided to put this into Microsoft Office. In PowerPoint, there are more options to record your presentation. In Outlook, instant search has been integrated, with which you can search and find what you need, a lot quicker than in previous versions.

The difference between the Standard and Professional Plus version:

The main difference between these two versions, is the applications that are included within the license. In the Professional Plus, are 2 more applications included. These are Access and Teams. Access is a database application of Microsoft, with which you can create a database, even if you have no experience with this. Teams is an application in which you can communicate with your colleagues, clients and whoever you want. This makes it a very useful program for everyone.
